Who we are

Vizuri is a Brazilian company, manufacturer of equipment for automation and control of plastic transformation lines. Formed by a team with more than 20 years of experience, Vizuri is present throughout the national territory and in several countries in Latin America.

Founded in Santo André, it moved to the city of Mauá in 2018, modernizing its manufacturing plant. Due to the great growth and need to expand the physical space, in 2021 another change was necessary, remaining in Mauá, next to one of the main highways in São Paulo.

Products

We manufacture equipment for automation and control of plastic transformation lines. We offer solutions for dosing, transporting, drying and dehumidifying thermoplastic materials.

Dosing

Gravimetric Feeders, Platino Line Gravimetric, Ruby Line Gravimetric, Oro Line Gravimetric, Grav-Cable Gravimetric, Volumetric Feeders.

Dehumidification System

Vizuri dehumidifiers are intended for hygroscopic materials, meeting the high demand for this treatment, ensuring that the physical, mechanical and aesthetic properties of the product are met. The systems are dimensioned according to the consumption of raw material and the time required for moisture absorption. They can be installed individually or centrally

Feeding & Conveying

With wide applications in the plastics transformation segments, Vizuri feeding and transport systems offer total automation and optimization of material flow. They can be supplied as centralized or standalone systems.

Storage and accessories

We manufacture various containers for storing raw materials. The containers can be manufactured in stainless steel or carbon, with a vibration system to facilitate the flow of material and with an outlet box.
